Responsibilities & Context:
It's a full time Job, Working hour :
For Male :
- Shift A : 1PM - 10PM
- Shift B : 9PM - 6AM
For Female :
- Shift B : 10AM - 7PM
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones professionally, courteously and promptly.
- Discussing client's requirements and provide advice on worldwide destinations and flights.
- Managing relationships with travel agencies. Deal with disciplinary matters and customer complaints.
- Diagnose the client's specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
- Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
- Create and update electronic records of clients.
- Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients. Prepare report as required by management.
