Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Textile Engineering/Bachelor in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Having professional certification will be added extra advantage
∎ Skills Required: Communication in English, Email Communications, Good comunication skill, Technical knowledge
Experience Requirements:
∎ 14 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dyeing/ Washing, Sound knowledge of Denim Wash, WASHING, Washing Factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have adequate experience in handling laundries.
∎ Must have knowledge and experience in handling Twill and Denim garment washes.
∎ Must have good knowledge of Dry processes techniques & Wet process recipes.
∎ Should be able to understand buyer comments and requirements.
∎ Must have complete knowledge of Chemicals used in washing.
∎ Will be Responsible for Sampling and bulk washing quality and delivery coordination as per buyer requirements.
∎ Monitor washing processes during bulk production
∎ Should be able to Implement systems & procedures to ensure bulk is achieved same as approved wash standard and as per buyers acceptable quality levels.
∎ Should be able to identify and evaluate washing units.
∎ Must have knowledge of Costing of Bulk Wash recipe.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication in English (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical, & leadership ability, and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within a short lead time.
