• Well understand manufacturing, textiles, and garment ( Knit & Woven) construction.
• Can work alone as well as in a team.
• Be able to work under tight deadlines and cope with pressure.
• Have a keen interest in fashion and textiles.
• Demonstrate an understanding of pattern cutting, construction and manufacturing techniques.
• Technical knowledge gained preferably within a fast-paced commercial or supplier environment.
• Ability to convey technical information clearly in layman’s terms.
• Exceptional eye for technical detail to consistently ensure the correct documentation is used and followed.
• Applied technical knowledge of fabrics and threads characteristics.
• Highly organized with good prioritization skills.
• Confident and clear communication skills; both verbal and written to work productively alongside other Product teams and external suppliers.

Ability to all Knit and Woven Items smoothly problem and technical support. We have an exciting opportunity to fill in a position of new Senior Garments Technicians, Directly responsible for leading and managing QA Technical services-wide compliance function, the CCO will lead a select core team of professionals to cover all Pepco markets and will leverage technology and data analytics as an integral part of risk management for different categories. She/he will oversee QA tech functions for various departments of apparels and will serve and maintain further embedding the right culture and tone within the fabric of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to all our stakeholders [Merchant team, QC Team, QA team, Buyers and Suppliers]Communicating problems to the customers’ Technology team when processing the fit and PP sample and Shipment sample assessment Assist supplier to rectify pattern, fitting, and manufacturing issues.
• Responsible for correctly measuring, fitting, and checking all fit and Red Seals samples prior to submission to customers.
• Adhering to all product specifications and performance standards during sample product preparation and assessment to ensure product quality in accordance with company standards.
• Ensuring that all appraisal reports are adhered to and completed correctly.
• Adhering to that all office SOP’s Liaising with the Merchandise team and Vendors Pick up the potential problems at the earlier stage.
• Technical support to the Merchandise team facilitating adherence to the SOPs for sample preparation and submission to customers.
• Train our QC, Suppliers to Organization’s Quality Requirements Manage pre-production meetings with the factory when necessary.
• Improve & maintain the quality of our products (regular up-date)Keep track of the quality risks of the production Follow-up critical issues improvement plan.
