Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure (preferred): Azure, AWS, Private Cloud
Monitoring, automation, and scripting knowledge is an added advantage
Pre-Sales & Solution Design:
Understand customer business needs, technical queries, and infrastructure requirements through meetings, workshops, and site visits.
Design end-to-end Data Center and Virtualization solutions based on customer requirements, best practices, and industry standards.
Prepare solution architecture, technical proposals, BOM (Bill of Materials), compliance matrices, and technical presentations.
Deliver technical presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs to customers, including enterprise and mid-market clients.
Support the sales team during bid management, RFQ/RFP/RFI responses, and technical clarifications.
Proof of Concept (PoC) & Validation:
Execute Proof of Concepts (PoC) for new technologies and proposed solutions to validate feasibility, performance, and compatibility.
Analyze PoC results and provide recommendations for final solution design.
Assist customers during evaluation and pilot phases.
Technology Research & Innovation:
Conduct research and development (R&D) on emerging technologies in Data Center, Virtualization, Cloud, Backup, DR, HCI, and related domains.
Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and adopt new and advanced technologies to align innovative solutions with customer needs.
Proactively propose new solution offerings and value-added services to improve competitiveness.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate with internal sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless solution handover and project delivery.
Work closely with vendors, OEMs, and distributors for solution validation, pricing, escalations, and technical support.
Participate in joint customer meetings with OEM partners when required.
Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, solution architecture diagrams (HLD/LLD), and operational reports.
Ensure all proposed solutions comply with organizational security policies, operational procedures, and industry best practices.
Support internal audits and compliance requirements related to technology solutions.
Knowledge Sharing & Team Support:
Provide technical assistance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to team members to enhance overall technical capability.
Conduct internal technical sessions, product briefings, and solution workshops.
Other Responsibilities
Conduct technical meetings with customers of varying complexity and business scale.
Willing to travel anywhere within the country as per project or business requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by management in line with organizational goals and responsibilities.
