∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leads the day-to-day operational support for server, storage or network infrastructures.
∎ Performs complex storage and server data backup, data migration and disaster recovery operations.
∎ Leads in planning and implementing changes to infrastructure with the goal of enhancing performance.
∎ Documents complex procedures and troubleshooting procedures related to systems/networks software and hardware.
∎ Integrate servers, including database, e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated software into enterprise systems.
∎ Responsible for analyzing, designing, installing, configuring of network infrastructure and application components.
∎ Develops, assesses, and validates a client's business strategy, including industry and competitive positioning and strategic direction.
∎ Perform Data Centre operations responsibilities.
∎ Assist in writing documentation and test specifications that can be used for both internal and external use.
∎ Plan the integration work and testing of the system for successful roll-out.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and infrastructure.
∎ Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
∎ Good project management skills.
∎ Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
∎ Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
∎ Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
