Responsibilities & Context:
Install, configure, and maintain different services such as Nginx, Apache, DNS, etc. in cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
Design cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available on AWS/Azure/GCP.
Install/configure databases (MySQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and apply service and feature packs (cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP).
Manage and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of AWS/Azure/GCP infrastructure and systems.
Work collaboratively with other teams to define infrastructure and deployment requirements.
Ensuring systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats by enabling NGFW/AWAF/WAF in AWS/Azure/GCP.
Identify technical problems and ensure the required software updates, patches and hot fixes as per requirement.
Managing regular operation of Public Cloud Hosted solutions like GoDaddy, Azure, AWS, DNSMadeEasy, GCP, etc.
Regularly monitor and manage all our domains, web hosting, and renewals accordingly.
Monitor the health status of all running systems and applications on the Cloud Platform.
Perform data entry work on the Domain Name Services (DNS) portal adding, deleting, and updating object records for IP management.
Design, implement, and manage cloud-based systems for businesses.
Manage the deployment of infrastructure and security during the initiation of new web portals / micro-services.
Cloud license renewal & maintenance.
Designing, developing, and deploying modular cloud-based systems
Analyze, evaluate, and recommend the selection of cloud-related tools and emerging technologies.
Onboarding Cloud technical support team for critical system & application issues for systems for hosted solutions.
Collaboration with stakeholders for service continuation and restoration, service, and product update
Preparing System NFA, PR & MR for existing & new requirement
Preparing on-demand system and service report
Taking part in developing standard operating procedures (SOP) and IT Policies and best practice
