• Strong Knowledge about Accounts

• Lead the planning, development, implementation, and monitoring of the RMG ERP System by LOGIC Software across business functions.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify system requirements and implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.

• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and work closely with development teams to ensure successful system delivery.

• Drive ERP project execution, including project planning, task assignment, progress tracking, and timely completion of deliverables.

• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with end users and stakeholders to understand business processes and define system specifications.

• Prepare, maintain, and preserve comprehensive project documentation, including process maps, user requirement documents, implementation plans, and system lifecycle records.

• Develop and maintain project governance processes to ensure all project documentation, reports, and plans remain accurate, relevant, and up to date.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to collect and analyze business needs and align ERP initiatives with organizational strategic objectives.

• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, monitor action plans, and ensure timely resolution of project issues and risks.

• Support change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), system training, and post-implementation activities to ensure successful adoption of ERP solutions.

• Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements and enhancement opportunities to maximize business value.

• Ensure compliance with information technology governance standards, system controls, and organizational policies.
