We're looking for a passionate, creative, and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our growing team.

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping digital products that are intuitive, visually engaging, and built around real user needs. You'll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into seamless digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

What You'll Do

User Research & Product Discovery

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market research to understand user behavior.

• Identify user pain points, goals, and business requirements.

Create user personas, empathy maps, customer journey maps, and research documentation.

UX Design

• Design user flows, task flows, information architecture, and site maps.

• Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.

• Design intuitive user journeys that improve usability and increase user satisfaction.

• Validate concepts through interactive prototypes before development.

UI Design

• Design modern, clean, and visually consistent interfaces.

• Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• Build reusable UI components and scalable Design Systems in Figma.

• Ensure consistency across every screen and interaction.

• Apply typography, spacing, color systems, and visual hierarchy following modern design principles.

• Follow modern UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

• Continuously improve workflows and contribute innovative ideas to the design team.

Collaboration

• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and sprint planning.

• Communicate design decisions effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and developers throughout the product lifecycle.

Usability Testing & Optimization

• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions.

• Analyze user feedback and product analytics.

• Improve existing products through continuous iteration.

• Identify UX issues and recommend practical solutions.

Requirements

Experience

• 1–3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.

• Strong experience designing responsive websites and web applications.

• Experience with mobile app design is a plus.

Design Tools

Strong proficiency in:

• Figma (Required)

• FigJam

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe XD (Optional)
