Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and delivering the core reliability and capacity aspects based on market demands and industry best practices
∎ Preparing comprehensive test cases and leading the system benchmarking process through load test
∎ Establishing, monitoring, and reporting on performance goals for financial systems and related eco-systems
∎ Maintaining communication with key stakeholders to manage a working relationship
∎ Developing and maintaining documentation upon require
∎ Providing, ensuring, and monitoring the System performance goals and objectives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Sound knowledge of programming languages like Python, NodeJS, etc.
∎ Experience with Cloud, on-prem, Kubernetes, and Docker architecture
∎ Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills with experience exercising mature judgment
∎ Effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objective
∎ Ability and desire to acquire new skills and knowledge quickly
∎ Effective interaction, consultation, and support to team members
∎ Strong communication skills in cross-functional jobs
∎ Ability to Self-motivate and manage multiple work streams with little supervision
