Additional Requirements:

Proficient in GPS, Total Station, Auto Level, and survey equipment.
Skilled in topographic, hydrographic, and alignment surveys.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and mapping software.
Experience in dredging, Pre-work, & Post-work of river excavation and embankment projects.
Must have working experience with IWM, Bangladesh Water Development Board (BWDB), 24 ECB (Bangladesh Army).
Accurate data collection, verification, and reporting.
Leadership in supervising junior surveyors and field staff.
Commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and project standards.
Effective communication and coordination with engineers and management.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Plan, organize, and execute survey works as per project schedule.
- Conduct topographic, hydrographic, and alignment surveys along the project area.
- Establish and maintain control points, benchmarks, and survey grids.
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate survey data and drawings.
- Provide necessary survey inputs for dredging, embankment, and river training works.
- Monitor and check accuracy of setting-out works at site.
- Prepare and submit survey reports, drawings, and data to Project Management.
- Supervise and guide junior surveyors and field staff.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.
