- Broad Spectrum IT Management Experience.
- System & Network Administration.
- Manage Active Directory & MS Exchange Mail Server.
- Hands on Knowledge on Airline System eng., CRS, DCS System configuration and management.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure, and system security.
Manage and maintain servers, networks, databases, and cloud systems.
Ensure smooth operation of airline reservation systems, ERP, and communication tools.
Lead IT projects including system upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, and software integration.
Maintain data privacy, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and network solutions.
Provide IT support to end users for desktop, laptop, wireless router, scanners, printers, and other IT assets.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and printer (network/shared) issues.
Setup, maintain, and monitor CCTV cameras, IP cameras, and NVR systems, monitor biometric access control systems etc.
