∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE VERY GOOD KNOWLEDGE IN MOBILE APP AUTOMATION TEST.
∎ Experience on iOS and Android App Automation testing is required.
∎ Experience on Leading a SQA Team is plus.
∎ Should be able to understand Client's requirement, software requirement specification with the architecture of assigned modules.
∎ Should be able to determine test scopes, test strategies for all type of applications.
∎ Should be able to breakdown tasks and estimate QA hour for projects and take the test ownership.
∎ Should be able to design and develop test cases, Perform testing and analysis from client's point of view, develop, distribute and execute test plans so that product is delivered with high accuracy.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about bug tracking and project management tools i.e. JIRA
∎ Should have sound knowledge on different Automation test tools and frameworks and their environment setup process i.e. Appium, TestNG, Maven, Junit, Selenium, Jmeter, Postman.
∎ Should have good knowledge on scripting language i.e. shell script, bash script.
∎ Should have basic knowledge on Linux servers, communication servers i.e. SMTP, SFTP, SSH.
∎ Should have basic knowledge on cloud system i.e. AWS, Azure.
∎ Should be able to create and execute test cases in short time with high accuracy. Also should be able to justify risk based testing.
∎ Should be able to write technical documents based on client's acceptance level i.e. configuration guide, user manual, installation guide etc.
∎ Should come up with ideas on improving ongoing process.
∎ Should be curious to try different testing tools and promote those that fit for projects/company objectives.
∎ Perform R&D to identify the scope of test ideas that may scale up the output level.
∎ Monitor all tasks/issues of a release, update task status following proper workflow.
∎ Review and Manage all sort of tasks of team members.
∎ Guide and coach team members.
∎ Able to keep communication with Developers & Managers to improve process and resolve problem.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Need to be able to understand and convey both viewpoints of the Developers as well the Clients, performing the role of a mediator.
∎ Must be familiar with the entire SDLC in order to be effective.
∎ Must have working experience in Linux platform.
∎ Should have strong communication skills.
∎ Having knowledge of QA automation tools is a MUST.
∎ Should be able to work in a team environment.
∎ Must be well-mannered, Observant, Curious, Proactive, Organized, And Energetic.
∎ Familiar with different programming languages and logic.
