Key Requirements:
Experience of 3 to 6 years as a SQA Engineer or Senior SQA Engineer.
Strong proficiency in designing and executing test cases for various applications.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Experience with automated testing tools e.g. Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Cypress etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or any relevant field.
Knowledge of software development and testing life cycle (SDLC and STLC) and methodologies.
Additional Requirements:
Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
Work closely with the developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to track, prioritize, and resolve defects using tools like Jira.
Partner with business analysts to conduct requirement analysis, contribute to requirement documentation, and provide client training sessions after release to ensure smooth adoption.
Identify and write comprehensive test cases for various applications to identify defects and ensure software meets business requirements and user expectations.
Execute test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and security of critical operating applications.
Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and testing procedures to ensure transparency and repeatability.
Develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or other industry-standard tools.
Perform API tests, load tests, DB testing based on requirement.
Adhering to established QA processes and guidelines to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Hands-on experience working in a Scrum team as a QA/SQ Engineer.
Proficiency of using AI tools
