Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement new data collection tools for the project/programme.
∎ Generate and ensure the quality of weekly, monthly, quarterly report from BRAC and Subrecipients(SRs)
∎ Analyze and interpret the data using trend analysis, and share findings with senior management for prompt implementing measures
∎ Prepare malaria data and documents for submitting of progress update (PU)/any kind of reports to the donor
∎ Coordinate with MIS personnel of National Malaria Elimination Programme for necessary troubleshooting and data upgradation.
∎ Facilitate the monthly updating of the government web data portal (MMIS/LMIS) and provide technical support to field offices in consultation with vendors.
∎ Ensure necessary cross checking and validation of data with central MIS system and provide feedback to the field.
∎ Ensure timeliness and completeness of MIS and Inventory report submit to Upazila Health Complex as per guideline
∎ Track the performance Indicators, AOP indicators and take appropriate measure to achieve the targets
∎ Provide required documents to Local Funding Agent (LFA), national programme, other stakeholder during on-site data verification, monitoring visit and Data Quality Auditing (DQA) etc.
∎ Support the strengthening of the recording and reporting system, preservation of data/reports, reporting channels at the field level; update reporting formats & guidelines and recording tools accordingly
∎ Support the development of malaria grants quantification and forecasting during grant-making
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for management of information system including collection of data, reports, documents from field operations and verification, submission to different portals and stakeholders and also analyze to interpret the reports.

Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
