Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of this role is responsible for developing language course and training modules for the Rohingya and host facilitators/teachers by communication and collaboration with material developers, illustrators, translators, graphic designer, sector, NGO personnel of different levels guidance.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop language course in English for Myanmar
∎ Develop supplementary materials
∎ Develop training modules
∎ Conduct various workshops, FGD, meetings, training and developed materials with different stakeholders for teachers, trainers, translators, GO and NGO personnel at different level.
∎ Maintain liaison with national, regional and international consultants for developing materials and training module.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Have skills on materials development with blending concept and participatory teaching methods in primary and secondary levels.
∎ Good oral and writing skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office.
∎ Sound knowledge of education for developing language course, teaching and learning materials for primary and secondary levels.
∎ Sound knowledge of education system of Bangladesh and Myanmar.
∎ Have excellent understanding of Rohingya context.
∎ Good in teamwork and is dependable for completion of assigned task.
∎ Effective decision making and communication among team members and management authorities.
∎ Capacity to lead the science team for development of teaching and learning materials.
∎ Minimum 5 years of working experience is required
