• Technical Requirements:
  
  Experience with backend development with frameworks like Spring, and Micronaut.

  Experience with frontend development with frameworks like React and Flutter.

  Good understanding of architecture and design like SOA, microservices, OOP, and MVC.

  Good understanding of concepts like distributed systems, scalability, high availability, load balancing, service discovery, cloud hosting, security, synchronous and asynchronous client server communication, authentication, authorization, RBAC, failover, circuit-breakers, caching, data pipelines, streams, queues, topics, transactions, encryption, publish/subscribe, core specifications like HTTP(s), REST, TCP, UDP, SMPP, and other enterprise features.

• Experience Requirements:
  Minimum 2 years of full-time hands-on software development experience.
  Exposure to larger scale projects both in development and operations lifecycle is a must.
  Proven record of team work to deliver business critical time sensitive projects.

• Other requirements:
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  Efficient time management skills while multitasking.
  
  Analysis, breakdown, and solutioning skills for technical and non-technical requirements and problems.
  
  People, community, team, and other soft skills with a can-do attitude.

• Develop business critical time sensitive systems on time and on budget while following industry standards and processes to ensure quality and performance.

• Provide operational support in the production lifecycle based on industry standards and processes involving change management to incident management.

• Work in co-ordination with other technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders to meet cross-functional deliveries.

• Adapt and incorporate latest and emerging trends and technologies in developing large scale distributed enterprise systems.
