Educational Requirements:
∎ No prior education necessary; experience is valued more; therefore, graduate (or not) from any university as long as the applicant is willing to commit to at least 2 years.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ At least 2 years of cumulative experience with C#, Winforms (mandatory) and/or WPF (optional).
∎ Demonstrated understanding of the development process (architecture, design, development, and deployment).
∎ Working knowledge of WinForms (required) and WPF (added bonus).
∎ Some level of familiarity with front-end languages, back-end technologies, REST, JSON, business services, WCF, microservice, deployment, making setup, etc.
∎ Strong time and team management skills, ability to analyze situations, critical questioning, decision making abilities.
∎ Ability to refer to tried and true experience to make quick decisions in emergency situations and show resilience when working in a high-pressure environment.
∎ A successful applicant will be expected to contribute to development as well as understand our business, contribute to product design, and provide technical leadership.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in the entire application life cycle, focusing on coding: upgrading and new feature development.
∎ Manage at least two juniors and pave the path with new (as needed) technologies.
∎ Write clean code to develop functional applications.
∎ Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications.
∎ Gather and address technical and design requirements.
∎ Provide training and support to internal teams.
∎ Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The right candidate has excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones
∎ As a back-end developer, the right candidate will work closely with our teams to ensure product delivery and maintainable code quality.
∎ The right candidate can display superb leadership and interpersonal skills on top of his or her technical expertise, take decisions, consider consequences, plan projects, understand and improve the product development lifecycle.
