Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure backend solutions.
∎ Work closely with front-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth application performance.
∎ Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
∎ Perform code reviews, debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications.
∎ Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
∎ Implement and manage RESTful APIs for integration with third-party services.
∎ Ensure the security and data protection of applications.
∎ Maintain technical documentation for new and existing applications.
∎ Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
∎ Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
∎ Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools as the software landscape evolves.
∎ Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team, as software development often involves collaboration.
∎ Leading teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, end-to-end solution development.
