Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎
∎ ● Plan, execute & achieve the cattle feed sales targets & technical service as per the business plan.
∎ ● Provide technical information, presentation and support to the cattle farmers as needed.
∎ ● Develop market intelligence and expansion of the distribution network.
∎ ● Identify the potential cattle farmers and convert them into their own customers.
∎ ● Visit different farms frequently to promote and generate sales.
∎ ● Arrange seminars with cattle farmers at field level to exchange knowledge.
∎ ● Analyze market share, volume and monitor competitors activities.
∎ ● Motivate team members towards continuous growth.
∎ ● Collect and analyze data from the field and report to the supervisor.
∎ ● Build technical awareness and plan for disseminating other product related information at customers end in a structured manner such as organizing seminars, reading materials etc.
∎ ● Ensure direct interaction with customer in order to keep updated of customer requirements and inputs quality improvement.
