∎ Minimum Bachelor or Degree in any agriculture related subject
∎ Masters or MBA will be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Leadership and Good Communication skill., Project Management, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute sales strategies to ensure a strong sales network
∎ Coordinate with the dealers and sub-dealers
∎ Manage a team of SR
∎ Financial management of the sales program including budget, planning, expenditure tracking, resource allocation, etc.
∎ Maintain professional relationship with the supply chain in order to make the products available on time
∎ Train and acquire dealer and sub-dealer
∎ Assist in developing sales tool/materials in line with strategic sales plan
∎ Assist in product development and launch as per market demand

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ MUST have motorcycle
∎ Must be willing to travel outside of Dhaka frequently
∎ MUST have experience in the relevant field
∎ Work at head-office and travel when needed
