∎ Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in water borewell drilling.
∎ Proven experience in hydrological assessments, preferably within the water well drilling industry.
∎ Proficiency with relevant software, reporting formats, and tools.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Report to Project Manager on day-to-day basis on the work progress.
∎ Conduct hydrological assessments of proposed drilling sites to determine groundwater availability and quality.
∎ Analyze eological and hydrological data to identify optimal well locations and depths.
∎ Perform field studies, including the collection of soil and water samples, as well as sieve analysis, and borelog.
∎ Analyze data from water samples and geophysical surveys to evaluate aquifer characteristics.
∎ Collaborate with drilling engineers and project managers to plan and design water wells.
∎ Prepare detailed reports and documentation on findings, including feasibility studies and impact assessments.
∎ Communicate complex data and insights to stakeholders, including clients, regulatory agencies, and company leadership.
