Job Context:
∎ Role Purpose:
∎ The purpose of the job is to manage specific territory and to achieve yearly sales target of the territory, simultaneously nursing existing customers and develop new customers within global service standards.
∎ Key Relationships:
∎ Internal: Sales Team, Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse, Credit Realization
∎ External: Customers, Customers` Merchandising Teams

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & develop territory business by delivering profitable sales growth as per plan and identifying business potential in the market.
∎ Manage and develop the business relationships with all existing and potential customers.
∎ Managing the Key accounts by coordinating with customer service, supply chain and manufacturing team to ensure utmost satisfaction of the customer and managing urgencies.
∎ Monitor & follow-up customer service and commercial team for debtor management by account's outstanding reconciliation on a regular basis.
∎ Gather market intelligence & analyze the report with the stakeholders for strategic planning.
∎ Coordinate with the Global Sales team to develop & cultivate business relationship with local and international top Brands.
∎ Arrange technical seminars, presentations & PES for valued customers to upgrade coats premium brands.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Around 2 to 5 years inline experience.
∎ Strong background in account /sales management.
∎ Track record of closing sales and delivering on profit commitments.
∎ Ability to travel extensively.
∎ Strong team player with a can do attitude.
∎ Strong interpersonal / communication skills.
∎ Strong negotiation skills.
