Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Marketing or BSc/MSc in Statistics or any other relevant equivalent degree.

∎ Role Purpose:
∎ Conduct market and business analysis and reporting to ensure the needs of the Commercial and Customer Service team are met to enable them to support customers efficiently and accurately
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role will be primarily accountable for the followings:
∎ Monitor Sales rebates to customers and update finance on a monthly basis for appropriate accruals.
∎ Provide accurate and timely reports related to order, delivery and sales for customers and internally as needed.
∎ Deliver sales reports on time and with no errors. Daily sales report; Monthly sales report; Monthly customer database; Monthly GKA report; Other Coats units reports (brands, sales details...etc.).
∎ Basic Business reporting, streamlining & standardizing streamline and standardize all existing report and generate qualitative reports on regular intervals.
∎ Analyze business data and provide insights to commercial management for taking day to day decisions.
∎ Design and conduct different kinds of sales reports, month-end report, commission & incentive, DKA, product-mix, DSR, lab dip report, budgeting, sales plan, etc.
∎ Support Customer Service to generate required reports and escalate potential delays in deliveries to enable Customer Service to proactively and promptly update customers and expedite resolution.
∎ Price increase report / monitor and analyze price increase process.
∎ Monitor leaking buckets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Essential -
∎ 3 to 6 years of inline experience in business analysis.
∎ Experience in similar industry is preferable.
∎ Detail-oriented.
∎ Proficiency with MS Office especially advanced Excel skill, Power BI & Dashboard design, SAP and ERP.
∎ Strong analytical skill.
∎ Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Able to multitask, work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
∎ Proactive, effective and timely communication with internal functional teams and with customers in some extent.
∎ Desirable -
∎ Good experience and knowledge in Coats system and digital tools.
∎ Current knowledge of market regulations
