Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare, review, and manage BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
Monitor and control project costs and prepare client and subcontractor bills.
Prepare IPC (Interim Payment Certificate).
Measure work done and handle variations, claims, and final accounts.
Review and prepare BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), rate analysis, and material reconciliation.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and planning teams for cost and progress control.
Prepare monthly cost reports and provide financial input to management.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Candidates with experience working with multinational companies will be prioritised.
Immediate joining is required.
