SIMEX BANGLADESH is looking for a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our team on a full-time basis at our head office. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams.

Requirements

● Experience: 0-3 years in architectural practice

● Proficiency in:

• AutoCAD

• Rhinoceros 3D

• Lumion

• Adobe Photoshop

● Strong communication and presentation skills

● Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions

● Capability to work collaboratively within a team and manage project responsibilities independently when required

Responsibilities

● Meet with clients and understand project requirements

● Develop architectural design concepts, working drawings, and 3D visualizations

● Coordinate with internal teams and consultants

● Conduct site visits and monitor project progress as required

● Ensure design quality and project coordination throughout different stages of development
