Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process sheet preparing, implementing to the floor according to yarn quality
∎ Ensure quality of products manufactured from fit & PP sample stage to final inspection and ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Co-ordinate with QAM and QA regarding quality, fit and measurements and ensure smooth flow of production
∎ Check and reconfirm accuracy of samples prior to dispatch to office / customer tech to ensure first time approval
∎ Shrinkage / Pattern Grouping, adjustments and decision to the Productions
∎ Overlook all aspect of washing required & knowledge about basic fabric inspection by the customer
∎ Handling cutting, print, embroidery, production, finishing issues and provide solutions to production
∎ Obtain approval for cost effective and feasible methods and options
∎ Conduct pre finals and packaging audits to ensure 100% final inspections pass rate
∎ Root cause of yarn fault analysis & their remedy procedure
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have technical knowledge about the final out work of KNIT/SWEATER/WOVEN products.
∎ Able to work under pressure in fast-paced multicultural working environment.
∎ Able to anticipate problems and provide constructive solutions.
∎ Advance knowledge in Excel and other Computer application.
∎ English proficiency is mandatory in both written and oral.
