∎ Graduation

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review the Production File (Technical File), Trims and Accessories and sample Comments prior to conduct Pre- Production Meeting in the Factory. All risk analysis and comments for improvement in the bulk production should be discussed during meeting.
∎ Ensuring fabrics, dyeing, printing and embroideries and any other embellishments, meet Approved company standards before production is launched.
∎ Carry out checks on critical components for suitability and durability, ensuring all necessary, supplier technical reports is in place before production launched.
∎ Control the receipt and issue of specifications to the manufacturing units, ensuring all such information is kept up to date.
∎ Communicate further technical information to the manufacturing units in a timely manner.
∎ Carry out the full inspection process and maintain the standard system and all findings must be documented the reports issue to the factory and QA Office.
∎ Inspect the merchandise prior to shipment for adherence to established quality control standards and specifications, carton marking, labeling and packing.
∎ Examine the adequate sample lots of merchandise as per buyer AQL Level standard prior for general appearance for conformance of buyer's specifications and standards.
∎ Prepare inspection reports on all merchandise inspected whether at in process or final inspection and submit to QA Manager for review.
∎ Visiting manufacturing units to set and maintain the quality standards.
∎ Carry out Walkthrough Audit and report any violation of the ETI base code.
∎ Ensure the findings is accurate prior to make a final decisions.
∎ Maintain schedule and inspection records of in process and final inspections.
∎ Maintain QA System and Procedures of the company in compliance with the demand and requirements of the end customers.
∎ Report problems to the immediate superior and to the management.
∎ Take urgent action against audit comments issued from the head office QC Team.
∎ Responsible to support environment and have to reduce of using Paper, Water, Electricity.
∎ Have to ensure that the responsibilities are given for health & safety/first aid or firefighting/rescue you are conforming.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) in senior Inspector.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Quality inspector in Woven & Knit both
∎ Knowledge, Competencies & skills:
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office.
