Responsibilities & Context:
Dashboard Development: Build and maintain a Python-based ISP dashboard (subscriber management, billing, HR, inventory, ticketing) with authentication, accounting, and router/device API integration.
Feature Development: Create ISP-specific features (real-time usage, self-service, suspend/resume) and custom modules/extensions ensuring seamless integration with core systems.
Database Management: Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases, ensuring consistency across billing, authentication, and subscriber systems.
Deployment & Operations: Containerize services, configure Linux/web servers, manage SSL, cron jobs, backups, and implement recovery procedures.
Testing & QA: Write and run unit/integration tests, validate system integrations, and automate billing, suspension, and provisioning workflows.
Documentation & Handover: Document architecture, APIs, and workflows, and provide training for internal teams and future developers.
