Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Agricultural Science (Preferable) or any other relevant subject

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Objective 1:
∎ Implementation of FSL activities including Homebased Food Production and Strengthening market system-
∎ Ensure timely and efficient implementation of homebased food production under the guidance of the PM and according to the work plan developed with the PM
∎ Support PM in development of project follow-up and supervision tools.
∎ Apply the project's follow-up and supervision tools
∎ Supervise the livelihoods beneficiaries selection process by the local partner and participate in the selection process
∎ Assist PM for establishment of model vegetable gardening, poultry rearing etc.
∎ Assist PM in establishment of a beneficiaries data base system with analysis
∎ Identify and inform the PM of any problems or constraints at the field level
∎ Assist PM to estimated number of vulnerable disaster-affected individuals indirectly assisted through market system rehabilitation activities and total number of critical market actors directly assisted through market system rehabilitation activities.
∎ Coordinate the field activities and provide technical support to the local partner's staff in the field.
∎ Provide assistance to implementing partners for model mothers foundation and refreshers training
∎ Visit field on a regular basis and provide assistance to implementing partner's staffs and project beneficiaries as needed
∎ Assist implementing partner for organize model mother cross visit/ learning sharing visit.
∎ Objective 2:
∎ Implementing partner's staff, model mothers and livelihoods beneficiary capacity building-
∎ Support PM in development of training module and guideline or revision/modification of the existing training materials
∎ Support PM for training needs assessment of the implementing partner & project beneficiaries
∎ Assist PM in arrange and conduct implementing partners staff capacity building training
∎ Assist PM in development of tools for training and project activity follow-up and monitoring
∎ Assist implementing partners to arrange model mothers and livelihoods beneficiary training
∎ Arrange on-job coaching of the local implementing partner staffs during project implementation
∎ Assist PM in developing activity progress report (APR), training report, success story, lessons learned, challenges etc.
∎ Objective 3:
∎ Implementation of social safety net program including small scale risk mitigation measures-
∎ Ensure timely and efficient implementation of small scale risk mitigation schemes under the guidance of the PM and according to the work plan developed with the PM
∎ Support PM in development of project follow-up and supervision tools
∎ Apply the project's follow-up and supervision tools
∎ Supervise the CFW beneficiaries selection process by the local partner and participate in the selection process
∎ Assist implementing partners to select CFW schemes both at host community and Rohingya camp
∎ Assist implementing partners for implementation of CFW schemes smoothly
∎ Assist PM in establishment of a CFW beneficiaries data base system
∎ Assist implementing partners to select suitable distribution point and smooth input/cash distribution
∎ Identify and inform the PM of any problems or constraints at the field level
∎ Assist implementing partners to organize and facilitate disaster preparedness training for target beneficiaries
∎ Assist implementing partners for development of household level contingency plan
∎ Objective 4:
∎ Project activities monitoring, reporting and documentation-
∎ Participate in developing different monitoring tools (baseline & end line survey, post distribution monitoring (PDM), Food Security Surveillance Survey (FSS)
∎ Assist implementing partner in organising and conducting baseline & end line survey, PDM, FSS
∎ Regular monitoring and follow-up the project's progress and provide need base support and suggestion
∎ Ensure collect and documentation of quantitative and qualitative information from the field
∎ Write up project challenge, lesson learn, case story, suggestion and recommendation of different relevant stakeholder
∎ Objective 5 :
∎ Support for internal and external coordination and networking-
∎ Ensure proper communication between the stakeholders and the local NGO in the field
∎ Participate in internal and external coordination meetings with food security actors (ensure minutes of meetings when necessary);
∎ Facilitate and participate partner staff meeting, lesson learn workshop, exit meeting etc.
∎ Assist PM to ensure the reporting to authorities or external partners the project objectives and achievements when necessary
∎ Liaison with government service providers and facilitate the partnership with the local partner at union level.
∎ Objective 6 :
∎ Participate in need assessments and surveys when necessary-
∎ Support for designing tools for FSL survey or assessments, facilitate staff orientation on data collection, data compilation, analysis, and report development.
∎ Participate in food security joint need assessments and surveys when needed
∎ Participate in emergency food security response if any kind of disaster occurred
∎ Objective 7 :
∎ Proactively support ACFs commitments to gender equality, child protection and disability sensitivity-
∎ Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender Minimum Standards & Child Protection Policies, asking questions and/or for support when necessary.
∎ Implement all work related activities with a gender, disability and child protection lens, taking into account the different needs, concerns and ideas of our staff and beneficiaries.
∎ Ensure the incorporation of gender equity principles in all policies and activities.
∎ Encourage the participation of all genders in meeting and on committees.
∎ Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years proven professional experience in Food Security & Livelihood (FSL) project, , Proven professional experience in USAID funded project implementation, monitoring & evaluation.
∎ One-year experience in Emergency response is preferable.
∎ Women candidates are especially encouraging to apply.

Salary: Tk. 71000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 month Gross salary every year.
∎ Provident Fund - 7.5% of Basic Salary.
∎ Performance Bonus - from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year vary from performance.
∎ End of Contract Benefits - As per policy.
∎ Medical coverage: 80% hospitalization coverage medical expenses (max limit BDT 120,000 per year).
∎ Leaves:
∎ 18 days of paid annual leaves per year.
