Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ B.Sc. Engineer - Civil with at least 3 years’ experience in related field. The candidate must have proven ability to design the shelter house, maintenance, budgeting, follow-up, supervision etc. Candidate should have fluency in English both written and verbal communication.
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Infrastructure

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Infrastructure Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have proven ability to design the shelter house, maintenance, budgeting, follow-up, supervision etc
∎ Strong experience in results-based management and/monitoring and evaluation, and report writing skills;
∎ Strong experience in the usage of computers and office software packages, experience in handling of web-based management systems is also necessary;
∎ Contemporary understanding and practice of project cycle management
∎ Understanding of development programs with special focus on education in emergency program
∎ Participatory monitoring tools and techniques, Social analytical tools
∎ Participatory evaluation methodology and tools used
∎ Statistical analysis of findings and representation in different format
∎ Team facilitation, mentoring and ability to work in a team
∎ Conformity working with groups of Forcibly Displaced Myanmar Nations, poor, marginalized and socially excluded people
∎ Sensitive to local and national development
∎ Innovation mindset, accommodative and knowledge of IKP
∎ Ability to lead strategic planning, result-based management & reporting

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication and facilitation
∎ Report writing
∎ Use of social analytical tools and participatory techniques
∎ Computer literacy as appropriate for progressive monitoring and evaluation activities specially Excel, SPSS, Power Point so on.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 60000 - 65000 (Monthly)
∎ As per project provision
