Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Senior Project Analyst functions are to manage the Project Execution and operate cost related software. Organize, manage, and track progress and costs consistent with management production and scheduling requirements.
∎ Responsible of E2E contract fulfillment such as Project delivery, PAC, Billing to ensure account key financial KPI like revenue, Billing, ITO/DSP etc.
∎ Customer VOCs with full attention and design resolution strategy, setting right people with specific target completion and e2e resolution tracking updates with Concern Customers until closure.
∎ Understanding and Identifying Customer Requirements and Issues
∎ Customer satisfaction management by ensuring smooth project delivery and responsible for risk identification and contingency plan
∎ Involve in improving Key customer relationship and monitor the CRM for entire key delivery team member
∎ Ensuring network safe and security and ensure zero man made accident
∎ Responsible for improving resource and process efficiency and accommodate the digital transformation.
∎ Responsible for involving Resource in presales project. Analyze the delivery strategy and cost optimization solution to help sales team.
∎ Lead the process of DRB/DTRB to enhance the sales operation
∎ Find out new service sales opportunity and operate accordingly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of work experience in Telecommunication Sector
∎ This is a field-based position and working and living conditions may be very different to that previously experienced.
