∎ •     Experience with microservices architecture.
∎ •     Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
∎ •     Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
∎ •     Experience with other programming languages and technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.    Development and Maintenance:
∎ Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable PHP applications.
∎ Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
∎ Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing codebases.
∎ 2.    Project Leadership:o
∎ Lead development projects from concept to completion.
∎ Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and scope.
∎ 3.    Architecture and Design:
∎ Develop and implement application architecture and design principles.
∎ Ensure that all technical solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
∎ Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
∎ 4.    Mentorship:
∎ Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
∎ Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
∎ Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
∎ 5.    Collaboration:
∎ Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
∎ Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
∎ Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
