• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Management
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• MBA will be considered an added advantage.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication

• Age 25 to 40 years

Experience:

• 3–5 years of managerial experience in the telecommunications, FMCG, or distribution industry.

• Experience in managing sales teams and distribution networks is preferred.

• Knowledge of telecom products and distribution operations is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with ERP or inventory management software is an advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Valid motorcycle or driving license (if field visits are required).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the distribution house.

• Lead and supervise the sales and operations team.

• Ensure timely distribution of telecom products (SIM cards, recharge products, devices, etc.).

• Monitor inventory, stock control, and warehouse activities.

• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, dealers, and corporate clients.

• Achieve sales targets and expand market coverage.

• Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and submit reports to management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and telecom regulations.
