We are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (mandatory).

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web application development.

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) with experience in languages such as Python, PHP, and JavaScript.

• Experience developing backend services, RESTful APIs, and server-side applications.

• Experience building modern, responsive frontend applications using contemporary frameworks and technologies.

• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).

• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth2, or session-based authentication.

• Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and collaborative development practices.

• Experience using project and task management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development workflows.

• Experience using AI-powered coding tools such as Replit, Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.

• Experience integrating AI APIs and building LLM-powered applications.

• Experience developing cross-platform or hybrid mobile applications using Flutter, React Native, Ionic, or similar frameworks.

• Experience building real-time applications using WebSockets, Server-Sent Events (SSE), or similar technologies.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, and DevOps practices.

• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks.

• Understanding of software architecture, security best practices, performance optimization, and software design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable applications.

• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend user interfaces.

• Build secure, responsive, and high-performance applications following industry best practices.

• Develop and integrate AI-powered features and workflows where applicable.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.

• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following established coding standards.

• Optimize application performance, database queries, scalability, and system reliability.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance for live applications.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and development processes.

• Track and manage development tasks using project management tools.
