∎ Proven experience managing large-scale production (400+ manpower, multiple shifts/floors) in a mobile manufacturing and assembly environment.
∎ Solid understanding of mobile assembly processes, line balancing, and production metrics.

∎ Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead daily, weekly, and monthly production planning aligned with demand forecasts and delivery timelines.
∎ Allocate manpower, equipment, and raw materials across production shifts and floors to meet assembly targets.
∎ Monitor shift-wise performance and ensure strict adherence to takt time and cycle time.
∎ Develop, refine, and scale mobile phone assembly processes for existing and new product lines.
∎ Identify and eliminate bottlenecks using Lean manufacturing tools.
∎ Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability.
∎ Supervise production engineers, line leaders, and technicians to achieve output and quality goals.
∎ Conduct daily Gemba walks and on-floor meetings to monitor production health and resolve issues.
∎ Approve deployment of jigs, fixtures, and specialized tools for optimized operations.
∎ Organize and oversee training programs on SOPs, 5S, quality standards, and safety compliance.
∎ Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize machine downtime.
∎ Coordinate with the maintenance team for upgrades, repairs, and equipment calibration.
∎ Monitor production to ensure compliance with yield targets, rejection rates, and rework limits.
∎ Support internal and external audits; lead implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
∎ Enforce compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and internal QMS policies.
∎ Coordinate with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support NPI (New Product Introduction).
∎ Lead pilot runs and process validation for manufacturing readiness using PFMEA, control plans, and line qualification.
∎ Analyze and report key KPIs: output, scrap, downtime, efficiency, productivity.
∎ Utilize MES/ERP systems to track material flow, traceability, and production accuracy.
∎ Generate RCA (Root Cause Analysis) reports for deviations and implement preventive strategies.
∎ Ensure full compliance with workplace safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture.
∎ Lead investigations of any incidents, near misses, and EHS risk mitigation plans.
∎ Train teams on PPE usage, emergency response, and hazard identification.
