∎ 2-5 years of relevant experience in electronics/mobile manufacturing.
∎ Capable of managing 150+ workers in a production environment.
∎ Strong understanding of mobile manufacturing processes and assembly line flow.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise day-to-day activities of the assigned production line (e.g., SMT, PCBA, Final Assembly).
∎ Allocate and manage manpower effectively across multiple shifts.
∎ Monitor line performance to ensure daily production targets and takt time are met.
∎ Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
∎ Identify and report quality issues to QA or Engineering teams.
∎ Troubleshoot first-level production issues and escalate when necessary.
∎ Record and report production output, downtime, and defects shift-wise.
∎ Prepare and submit daily production reports to the Production Supervisor/Engineer.
∎ Track usage of raw materials and coordinate with the store for timely replenishment.
∎ Train new operators on assembly methods, safety practices, and quality expectations.
∎ Enforce proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety protocols.
∎ Motivate team members to enhance productivity and maintain discipline.
∎ Ensure availability and functionality of tools, jigs, and equipment at the beginning of each shift.
∎ Conduct routine machine checks and coordinate with the Maintenance Department as needed.
∎ Support line changeovers for different product models efficiently.

∎ Position Overview:
∎ We are looking for a Production Line Leader for Smartphone Assembly Factory who will be responsible for the supervision, coordination, and performance of a specific production line, ensuring that quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in mobile device manufacturing processes and possess the leadership skills to manage a large team effectively.
