Responsibilities & Context:

1. Production Management

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities (injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, etc.)

• Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines

• Optimize machine utilization and manpower efficiency

2. Quality Control

• Ensure all products meet required quality standards and specifications

• Implement and monitor quality assurance systems

• Handle product defects, customer complaints, and corrective actions

3. Maintenance & Operations

• Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment

• Minimize downtime through preventive maintenance planning

• Coordinate with technical teams for repairs and upgrades

4. Inventory & Material Management

• Manage raw materials (resins, additives, colorants) and finished goods

• Coordinate with procurement to ensure uninterrupted supply

• Reduce wastage and control material costs

5. Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards

• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees

• Conduct safety training and audits

6. Workforce Management

• Supervise and lead production staff, supervisors, and operators

• Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluation

• Manage shift schedules and discipline

7. Cost Control & Budgeting

• Monitor production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Prepare and manage factory budgets

• Improve operational efficiency to maximize profitability

8. Process Improvement

• Implement continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) initiatives

• Improve production processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity

9. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare production reports, KPIs, and performance analysis

• Coordinate with senior management, supply chain, and sales teams

• Ensure alignment with company goals

10. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain production records, SOPs, and audit documents

• Ensure compliance with ISO or other relevant standards
