• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the textile industry, specifically in narrow fabrics and elastic manufacturing.

• Proven track record in a senior planning or management role.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, production planning, and inventory control.

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

• Superior communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in relevant in computer literacy

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive to oversee the production, quality control, and strategic growth of our narrow fabrics and elastic products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in production plan & control processes on Narrow Fabrics & Elastics.

Responsibilities:

• Booking Receive from Merchant.

• Analyzing category wise machine capacity according to order.

• Production planning, Machine loading planning.

• Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage.Material Follow-up with purchase team.

• Manage Customer require delivery date & ensure on time delivery.

• Produce reports based on findings and performance of production.

• Develop and implement strategies for improving production efficiency and reducing costs.

• Coordinate with design and development teams to innovate new products.

• OT Budget for weekly, monthly.

• Daily basis target vs output report for management.

• Daily production report for management.

• Monthly Efficiency report, Target vs Achievement report, On time delivery date report.

• Ensuring raw material availability for production.

• Material Follow-up with purchase team if needed.

• Prepare the plans and production schedules.

• Monitoring production and delivery schedules.

• Ensure on time delivery.

• Provide report to the management about Daily Production Report, Monthly Order Status Report, Monthly Capacity allocated In-house & Outside Report, Monthly Production report, Monthly on time rate% report etc.
