• Create pre-prototype, prototype & seal/pre-production sample patterns in accordance with customer requirements.

• Conducting pattern checks, adjustments, and recording necessary marks and allowances for each style patterns.

• Participate in risk assessment meetings, pre-production (PP) meetings, and other technical discussions to identify issues and collaborate on finding effective solutions.

• In accordance with the PPC (Production Planning and Control) plan, generate size sets & bulk patterns.

• Generate Print & Embroidery patterns for the print factory.

• Prepare Print & Embroidery pattern for the print factory, Finish measurement pattern to use for ironing of compete garments, marking pattern for IED team to use for the sewing support & Nest pattern ready for QAD checking.

• Grading the Pattern as per the Buyer grading manual & measurement.

• Manage documentation for Development Patterns.

• Maintain regular updates for bulk patterns.

• Record and organize feedback from customers, and other teams.

• Any other task assigned by management.
