Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC in Science / Diploma Engineering in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate and conduct normal operation of Crude Oil and other raw material receipt from vessels at Jetty to designated tanks, and product loading to vessels at Jetty following SOP; initiates corrective actions in case of any deviations.
∎ Monitor operation of Crude Oil charge to Process Plants, reception of rundown streams from Process Plants into designated tanks, and initiate corrective actions in case of any deviations from normal operation as per SOP.
∎ Initiate, monitor and complete inter-tank transfers, product blending and Truck loading operations in accordance with Planning & Scheduling programs.
∎ Drains water from oil tanks, takes daily scheduled oil tank level by gauging for stock measurement, tank gauging for measurements of receipts and dispatches as required
∎ Ensures Tank Farm area regular housekeeping, maintains field log books.
∎ Initiates, monitors and completes product blending, tank circulation, truck filling and intermediate and final product tanks fulfilling Operational Excellence guidelines and practices, and quantity measurement of oil in tanks by implementation of correct dipping, temperature and gravity measurement procedures to minimize hydrocarbon losses.
∎ Monitors pumps and other equipment operations, initiates maintenance work orders when necessary, and prepares equipment for maintenance works and re-commissions equipment after maintenance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have clear idea on oil movement and ship berthing/unearthing operation. Basic ideas about the parts and machineries used in Oil & Gas and in Refinery plant, associated maintenance and inspection activities.
