Job Responsibilities:
∎ Content concept, copy visual conceptualization and collaborating with creative agency to complete.
∎ Planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
∎ Designing, building, and maintaining our social media presence.
∎ Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
∎ Brainstorming and executing new and creative growth strategies through ATL, BTL and digital marketing.
∎ Planning, executing, and measuring through AB testing based on channel, audience, content and call-to-action.
∎ Identifying critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizing user funnels.
∎ Being updated on emerging technologies, adapt for improvement of marketing activities in terms of results.
∎ Ensure that brand message in consistent.
∎ Preparing and preserving product, communications, campaign related necessary documentation.
∎ Keep website and other online/offline medium of presentation updated with latest data.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Hands on experience in execution of digital marketing campaigns through available channels (fb, linked in, GDN, SEM, YouTube, affiliate marketing), media buying and common analytics tools (Google analytics, pixel etc).
∎ Superior competence in MS-Office suite
∎ Very good interpersonal and communication skills in both Bengali and English
