∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance/ Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Company, Mutual Fund, Venture Capital Fund, PF and GF's Financial Statements in accordance with prevailing Rules and Regulations
∎ Recording the financial transactions, maintaining fixed assets register, inventories management, regularly monitoring of receivable and payable, ensure accurate TDS and VDS for each transaction and bank reconciliation
∎ Treasury management for the Company, Mutual Funds, Venture Capital Fund, PF and GF
∎ Coordinate and facilitate the Company, Mutual Funds, Venture Capital Fund, PF and GF's internal & external audit
∎ Maintaining Regulatory Compliance in every steps for the Company, Mutual Funds, Venture Capital Fund, PF and GF
∎ Ensuring Compliance with the Company's Act, 1994, Securities and Exchange Commission (Mutual Fund) Rules, 2001, Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Alternative Investment) Rules, 2015, The Trust Act, 1882, Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 and VAT & SD Act, 2012
∎ Conducting Corporate Affairs & Board Meeting related works in compliance with Companies Act, 1994, Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission "Corporate Governance Code" and any other prevailing Rules and Regulations
∎ Supervising Company's administrative functions
∎ Preparing regular reports and summaries as per management requirement
∎ Provide MIS & Strategic Reporting to the line manager in connection with work process & development areas of the department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Practical experience and knowledge on IFRS, IAS and ISA
∎ Practical experience and knowledge on the Companies Act, 1994, Securities and Exchange Commission (Mutual Fund) Rules, 2001, Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Alternative Investment) Rules, 2015, The Trust Act, 1882, Income Tax Ordinance, 1984, VAT & SD Act, 2012 and any other relevant laws and regulations
∎ Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Developing Budgets, Financial Skills, Dealing with Complexity
∎ Candidate should be energetic, hardworking & enthusiastic with good interpersonal skills
∎ Candidate should have adequate computer literacy and knowledge on Microsoft Office
∎ Candidate should have good communication skills on both spoken and written English
∎ Candidate should be self-motivated and ready to take challenge and work under stress
∎ Candidate should have strong interpersonal relationship to work in collaborative environment to ensure result.
