Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Investment Merchant Banking, Share brokerage
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Investment/Merchant Banking, Share Brokerage/ Securities House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete full cycle of investor on-boarding and exit procedure with proper co-ordination with the Customer Experience Team & respective Broker House
∎ Complying with the AML and CFT Guidelines established by BFIU & BSEC (if any)
∎ Creating and sending DDI mandate to the designated bank within the deadline
∎ Providing suggestions to make customization / modification / up-gradation in the Back Office Software / Online Modules to serve the requirements of the investors as well as different departments of the company
∎ Coordinating with the banks for tracking non-cleared / untraceable banking transactions
∎ Doing the daily reconciliation of the bank statement and co-ordinate with the internal party for any unreconciled figure
∎ Preparing MIS reports as per management requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Confident, patient, politeness, tact & diplomatic, when dealing with difficult situations;
∎ Creative thinking, able to come up with new ideas to improve the standards;
∎ Organizational and planning skills to update Standard Operating Procedure;
∎ Communication skills that allow to inform, help and advice customers clearly and liaison effectively with other professionals;
∎ Problem-solving skills;
