MIS Reporting, Power BI, SPSS, SQL
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of various MIS and reports as per requirement of management and any other internal and external linkages / Departments on timely basis ensuring accuracy & quality.
∎ Assist the management in making strategic, tactical & operational decision and create database access to all stakeholder.
∎ Financial database management, storage and analysis to ensure quality and error free MIS.
∎ Work with business partner to elicit high level requirements and capture business needs
∎ Clearly articulates and documents business requirement.
∎ Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands
∎ Manage ongoing relationship with business partner to drive satisfaction with IT
∎ Collect process, store & disseminate up to date data or info to support the management.
∎ Interpreting briefs and developing IT systems that meet all specifications and cost requirements.
∎ Maintaining, managing, and updating software.
∎ Enhance the power of data to reduce paperwork.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ IT domain experience in one or more of the following IT areas: Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Business Process Management, Applications Development and Quality Assurance.
∎ The candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Analytics.
∎ Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication
∎ Demonstrated analytical skills
∎ Basic understanding of information technology and business concepts
∎ Familiarity with general business functions
∎ Problem solving and strong communication skills
∎ Ability to understand complex business problems and translate processes improvements into financial and operational impacts.
∎ Strong knowledge of Business intelligence, Data Management & SQL is required. Ability to extract data from various source systems and design database diagram in SQL Server database is desired.
∎ Strong knowledge of Advance Excel, SPSS & other analytical tools.
