Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare workers recruitment plan as per sewing line expansion.
∎ Lead recruitment campaign for skilled sewing operators hunting and on boarding.
∎ Coordinate with related department to assess candidates for skills set.
∎ Involve and execute day to day general HR activities.
∎ Prepare HR Reports compiling all related data.
∎ Design different training course and prepare training implementation plan specially for workers
∎ Facilitate different training sessions
∎ Coordinate with different organizations and develop a trainer's resource pool
∎ Organize and conduct training
∎ Prepare training report
∎ Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic Computer skills especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet browsing with Bangla and English Typing
∎ Excellent competency on preparing PowerPoint Presentation
∎ Experience on RMG and working with worker will be given preference
∎ Ability to work with team and independently
∎ Ability to work under-pressure, meet deadlines, priorities workload and 'multi-task'
∎ Commitment and understanding of organizational aims, values, principles and policies
∎ Female candidate will be given preference
