∎ Job Description
∎ • Assisting field and head office level staff working in Frontex-EURP for the Sustainable Reintegration of Bangladesh Returnees project and providing continuous support to the team for ensuring quality programme implementation/field operations
∎ • Minimum 2 weeks of field visits per month, prepare repots and facilitate field activities to ensure better outcomes for the project
∎ • Assisting the staff for the smooth implementation of programme-related activities
∎ • Staff capacity building and provide support to implement activities, develop and maintain different project database
∎ • Organize training, meetings and workshops
∎ • Regularly communicate & develop good relations with local-level stakeholders (GO and NGOs) to ensure field-level activity, advocacy and networking
∎ • Create Returnee profiles and case stories, follow up on returnee's reintegration support, develop and maintain an online database
∎ • Liaise with local-level industries/institutes and projects for managing job placement for the returnees
∎ • Best practice identification/case story collection, documentation, and preparing periodical activity report/ MIS, etc.
∎ Safeguarding Responsibilities
∎ • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
