Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Marketing,, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics, Statistics, Sociology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing day-to-day research activities, from planning to implementation, and monitoring quality. This includes training, and supervising both in-house and outsourced teams when needed
∎ Supervising data collection and data-entry processes, and ensuring good quality of the data at both stages
∎ Drafting and refining survey questionnaires and deploy them in survey platforms
∎ Recruitment of participants (directly or through partners organizations) for surveys and usability tests
∎ Conducting or monitoring usability tests and on-field surveys (if needed)
∎ Preparation, documentation and reporting of research results
∎ Industry and market research - keep track of new developments in the market and industry. Keep industry data available for key stakeholders
∎ Closely work with Design team and product teams to fine-tune existing products, refine UI mockups and prototypes to achieve product and company goals while ensuring the excellent user experience
∎ Monitoring project expenditures and timeline
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong understanding of research and evaluation methods
∎ Savvy in Usability testing, In-person interview, focused group discussion
∎ Proficiency in Questionnaire Design
∎ Capable in Sampling, data management, data cleaning, and Statistical analysis
∎ Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes growth analysts, product managers, designers, project managers
∎ Ability to work closely with internal cross-functional and external teams to ensure excellence in research design, implementation, and analysis
∎ Come up with creative solutions to problems that the business is facing
∎ Proficiency in SPSS or other data analysis tools, know-how of Stata/ R is a plus
∎ Understanding of User flows, the know-how of wireframing, Prototyping is a plus
∎ Previous experience in managing youth engagement programs is a plus
