Advertising Ageny, E-commerce, Investment/Merchant Banking, IT Enabled Service, Market Research Firms, NGO, Research Organization, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing research projects from planning to implementing, and monitoring
∎ Drafting and refining survey questionnaires and deploying them in survey platforms
∎ Supervising data collection and data-entry processes and ensuring good quality of the data at both stages
∎ Conducting usability tests and on-field surveys (as and when needed)
∎ Preparation, documentation, and reporting of research results
∎ keeping track of new developments in the market and Keeping industry data available for key stakeholders through Industry and market research
∎ Working closely with the Design team and product teams to define the user journey of future products and optimize existing products
∎ Monitoring project expenditures and timeline
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Demonstrated expertise in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research including user interviews, focus groups, surveys, usability testing, concept testing, and data analysis
∎ Strong Analytical skills to develop practical insights from user research data, usage metrics, and other relevant data sources
∎ Expertise in SPSS or other data analysis tools, as well as Stata/R, is preferred
∎ Adaptive to working in a constantly evolving agile environment
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills
