Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct online and offline training on lean six sigma, quality control, DMAIC, 5S,Kaizen,Gemba to all business units.
∎ Develop training module and training calendar
∎ Develop strategic training plan
∎ Identify Training need for employees
∎ Ensure training assessment and prepare report
∎ Prepare training videos
∎ Post training follow-up
∎ All training document management and dashboard preparation
∎ Perform any other task / duties assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
