∎ Clear understanding and competency on project/program management and skills training program management.
∎ Experience in implementing skills training program, youth development, soft skills, stakeholder engagement, internal and external communication and program monitoring.
∎ Sound technical knowledge on vocational skill components, employability skills, entrepreneurship development.
∎ Report writing skill both in Bangla and English, analyze data for decision making and participation.
